Balloonatiks holds no responsibility to what may happen to the Client’s balloons once they have left our hands and care. Balloons can pop out of nowhere or change in colour/size due to weather and this is out of our control. Click here for information on Balloon Care.

By making payment of booking deposit, you are shown to accept & agree to the Terms & Conditions listed on this page.
Definitions:
The ‘Owner’ – Balloonatiks
The ‘Client’ – person or company placing a booking for our services
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS:
To secure the booking date, the Client agrees to place a 30% deposit of the total booking price within 3 days from receipt of invoice. Failure to make payment of deposit will result in your booking date & time being made available again for another client to book.
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note. Deposits are only transferrable if the Client needs to reschedule that exact booking to a new date, however pending the Owner’s availability.
Balance of Booking is to be paid in full no less than 14 days prior to booking date.
Payment must be made via bank transfer.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations are to be made in writing via email to info@balloonatiksperth.com.
Should the client choose to cancel their booking, 15 days or greater prior to booking date then the Client forfeits the 30% deposit placed on the booking with the Owner.
Should the Client choose to cancel their booking, within 1 - 14 days to the booking date, the Client forfeits 50% of full payment made.
HIRE EQUIPMENT & DAMAGES:
All hire equipment must be cleaned/wiped down by the Client at the end of the hiring period. All decor e.g. Balloons, Florals secured to the Owner’s hire equipment requires removal prior to the Owner arriving to collect hire equipment.
The Client is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Owner’s hire equipment while in their care/booking time.
The Client should notify the Owner immediately if any hire equipment is damaged, lost or stolen. The Client agrees to pay full cost for all equipment that is damaged, lost or stolen. Full payment for damaged/lost goods is to be paid within 24 hours.
